Software programmer acquires Chesterfield 3BD

Timothy R. Oxler and his wife, Elizabeth, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 31 Baxter Lane in Chesterfield from HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., for $479,077 on Oct. 22.
HSBC Mortgage acquired the property in a foreclosure on April 28.
The 2,984-square-foot house was built in 1991.
Mr. Oxler is a project manager at CitiMortgage, the mortgage lending unit of Citigroup headquartered in O'Fallon.
He is formerly an independent contract programmer who founded
Teo Computer, a St. Louis-based company that specialized in the development of financial application software.
He previously was a business analyst at Balboa Insurance, where he worked out processing solutions for the company's forced order mortgage insurance system.
He spent 15 years as contract programmer working for companies such as Mortgageserv, Fiserv, Edward Jones, First Data Resources, and Boatmen's Bank and Credit Systems.
Mr. Oxler received a B.S. in business marketing and a B.A. in business data processing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
There have been 600 sales in
Chesterfield in 2008, with a median price of $330,000.
