Dr. Justin T. Glass and his wife, Katherine, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8008 Davis Dr. in Clayton for $660,000 from Dorothy G. Nonnenkamp on Oct. 23.
The 2,790-square-foot house was built in 1929.
Dr. Glass is a women's health specialist in St. Louis. He is currently a staff member at OB/GYN Health Partners at St John's Mercy Medical Center.
After receiving an M.D. from St. Louis University Medical School, he completed his residency in OB/GYN at St. John's Mercy Medical Center.
There have been 180 sales in Clayton thus far in 2008, with a median price of $487,538.
