The Davises purchased the home in Jan. 2006 for $415,000.

The two-story, 2,176-square-foot home was built in 1940.

Mr. Goodgame is a medical oncologist and assistant professor of medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine. He received his M.D. from the Baylor College of Medicine in 2002.

There have been 37 sales in Warson Woods in 2008, with median sales price of $315,000.
