Amit K. Bhagat and his wife, Lauri bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 517 Fox Ridge Road in Frontenac for $657,500 from Stephen Bowen, III, and his wife, Susan on Sept. 15.

The Bowens paid $725,000 for the property in Aug. 2005.

The 2,786-square-foot house, which was built in 1963, is in Fox Ridge Road.

Mr. Bhagat is the president of Ametech Solutions, Inc. He was the founder and principal consultant for healthcare BI and data warehousing.

In the past, he's worked as a consultant with Mastech and a senior officer with Tata Steel.

He attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Washington University Olin Business School.

There have been 54 sales in Frontenac in 2008, with a median price of $632,000.
