The Webbs paid $560,000 for the property in Aug. 2005.

The 3,796-square-foot house is in Wild Horse Valley.

Mr. Clyne is the director of hosting network 0perations and infrastructure at SAVVIS, Inc., a company that provides managed information technology services to both private and government sectors worldwide.

The University of Missouri-Columbia graduate previously held a handful of management positions with the company.

Mrs. Clyne is a lawyer with Featherstonhaugh, Wiley & Clyne, LLP.

She practices general business, administrative and governmental relations law.

She earned a B.A. at St. Lawrence University in 1981 and a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1985.

There have been 492 sales in Wildwood in 2008 with a median price of $343,000.
