The Skobas paid $291,500 for the property in Feb. 1999. It was listed for $525,000.

The 2,932-square-foot house, which was built in 1984, is in the Winding Trails subdivision.

Mr. Skoba is currently the executive vice president for sales and business development at StockupTicks.com, a financial firm specializing in the representation of small-cap public companies.

He previously served as corporate vice president and founder of Intira Corp.

He has also worked with Infinium Labs, Inc., as executive vice president for sales and with HP Services as director for business development.

Mrs. Skoba is the marketing associate of STL Financial Group, an independent team of professionals rendering an extensive range of financial services.

There have been 492 sales in Wildwood in 2008 with a median price of $343,000.
