Paul J. Miklasz and his wife, Lisa, bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 16839 Kehrsbrooke Court in Clarkson Valley from Philip A. Catanzaro and Patricia A. Catanzaro for $520,000 on Sept. 5.

The 2,837-square-foot house was built in 1985.

Mr. Miklasz is the manager of fluid milk sales at T.C. Jacoby & Co., Inc., a supplier of dairy ingredients for food and feed products.

There have been 40 sales in Clarkson Valley in 2008 with a median price of $619,000.
