Kevin Fritzmeyer bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2222 Kehrs Ridge Dr. in Clarkson Valley for $487,500 from James P. Hill, Jr., on Nov. 5.

Hill paid $492,000 for the 4,102-square-foot house in June 2001.

Fritzmeyer is a vice president with Cameron Holdings, a St. Louis-based private equity group. He is also a director with Cloud Packing Solution, LLC, in Chicago and with North American Products, LLC, in Jasper, Ind.

Fritzmeyer received a bachelor's in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1985.

There have been 40 sales in Clarkson Valley thus far in 2008, with a median sales price of $619,000.
