Doc lands 4BD in Oakville

Sheryl Ream and her husband, Robert, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7515 Christopher Ridge Court in Oakville for $467,500 from Steven and Lynn Drewes on Nov. 4.
The Drewes' paid $445,000 for the house in Sept. 2007.
Dr. Ream is an internist and pediatrician with Arnold Health Care in Arnold, Mo.
She graduated from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1986.
There have been 333 sales in Oakville thus far in 2008, with a median sales price of $208,000.
