Christopher A. Urdi and Erin L. Urdi bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9 Peppermill Ridge Court in Wildwood's Brentmoor Place from John and Laura Denk for $325,000 on Nov. 24.

The Denks paid $297,500 for the property in June 2004.

The 2,882-square-foot house was built in 1982.

Mr. Urdi is a senior software applications engineer at SAVVIS, Inc., a Town and Country-based provider of information technology solutions to businesses and government agencies.

Mr. Urdi was formerly a network systems manager at Thomson Reuters and a network analyst at Thomson Financial. He has also worked as an application support specialist for Thomson Financial's AutEx order routing network.

He graduated from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Mrs. Urdi has served as an independent consultant at The Pampered Chef, Ltd., a direct seller of kitchen tools based in Addison, Ill. She has previously served as team manager at Fidelity Investments and as an analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

She graduated from Northeastern University.

There have been 496 sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median price of $342,283.
