Armen Kachar bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 522 Woodmoor Ridge Court in Wildwood's Winding Trails from David W. Macdonald for $390,000 on Nov. 26.

Macdonald paid $235,000 for the property in Feb. 1999.

The 2,860-square-foot house was built in 1997.

Mr. Kachar has served as a quality control manager at Angeles Group, LLC, a Pacific, Mo.-based exporter of furniture, storage, active play, and rest products for young children.

There have been 496 sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median price of $342,283.
