Brooks Kickham bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2320 Camberwell Dr. in Des Peres from J. Huber Neil, Jr., and Meimei L. Huber for $372,500 on Nov. 18.

The 2,479-square-foot house was built in 1976.

Kickham is the owner of Elite Financial Solutions, LLC, where he also serves as a financial advisor and manager.

He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.

There have been 132 sales in Des Peres in 2008, with median price of $341,000.
