Litigator gets Ladue 3BD

Philip J. Mackey bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 12 Black Creek Lane in Ladue from Jean C. Brokaw and Michael A. Claggett for $605,000 on Dec. 5.

The 2,491-square-foot house was built in 1941.
