Civil engineer buys 3BD in Chesterfield

Roland and Joellen Nader bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 221 Heather Crest Dr. in Chesterfield from Todd and Michelle McSpadden for $330,000 on Nov. 6.

The McSpaddens bought the property for $267,900 in Aug. 2004. The 1,791-square-foot house, which was built in 1966, is in Westbury Manor.

Mr. Nader has worked as project control engineer at DMJM Harris in New York.

He earned his civil engineering degree at the American University of Beirut in 2003. He also attended Cornell University.

Mr. McSpadden has worked for AllState Insurance in Northbrook, Ill.

He and wife, Michelle, are 1997 graduates of William Jewel College in Kansas City.

There have been 605 sales in Chesterfield in 2008 with median sales price of $330,000.
