Dr. Terence M. Myckatyn and Dr. Margaret A. Ogden bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 10421 White Bridge Lane in Creve Coeur from Sirva Relocation, LLC, for $1.025 million on Nov. 6.
The 4,357-square-foot house, which was built in 1992, is in Carberry Heights.
Dr. Myckatyn is an assistant professor of surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
He is affiliated with the Center for Advanced Medicine in St. Louis and Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital in Creve Coeur.
He earned his B.S. in physiology at the University of British Columbia in Canada in 1993 and finished medical school at the same university in 1997. He completed his residency training at Washington University in 2003.
Dr. Ogden is a staff physician in the department of otolaryngology at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
She is also affiliated with the Center for Advanced Medicine and Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital.
There have been 205 sales in Creve Coeur in 2008 with median sales price of $300,000.
