Cooking equipment CEO buys Manchester 4BD

Frank J. Ricchio bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 408 Marie Lane in Manchester from Jeffery and Lisa Sullivan for $205,500 on Nov. 21.

The Sullivans paid $142,300 for the property in April 2008.

The 1,684-square-foot house, which is in Baxter Acres, was built in 1969.

Ricchio is the president and chief executive of Star Manufacturing, a manufacturer of counter top cooking, toasting, grilling and warming equipment. He previously held several positions including vice president of sales and marketing, the director of sales and marketing and a sales manager with the company.

He earned his degree from Fontbonne College.

There have been 212 home sales in Manchester in 2008, with a median sales price of $194,500.
