The 2,966-square-foot house was built in 1986.

Ms. Arriola serves as a volunteer manager at St. Louis OASIS, a non-profit educational organization designed to enhance the quality of life for mature adults.

She is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Mr. Arriola is a certified financial planner at BryanMark Financial Group, a St. Louis-based financial planning firm.

He graduated from Miami University.

There have been 205 sales in Creve Coeur in 2008, with a median price of $300,000.
