Dr. Judd Fuhr and his wife, Amy, sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 655 Oakwood Ave. in Webster Groves' Old Orchard Park to Shawna L. Conrad and her husband, Andrew, for $344,900 on Dec. 1.

Mrs. Fuhr paid $247,500 for the property in Jan. 2004.

The 1,426-square-foot house was built in 1875.

Dr. Fuhr is the president and chief medical officer at Concierge Wellness, Inc., a St. Louis-based wellness prevention and consulting firm.

He has also been engaged in private practice for the past 10 years.

He is a former executive vice president of Wellspring Healthcare Enterprises, Inc., a Nevada-based corporation that provides wellness and preventive services. The company's primary office is located in Denton, Tex.

Dr. Fuhr received a bachelor's in business administration from University of Florida and a doctor of chiropractic degree from Life University, College of Chiropractic, in Atlanta, Ga. He also obtained an M.D. from the Saba University School of Medicine in Dutch Antilles.

Mrs. Conrad has worked as a product manager at May Department Stores Co., a national department store chain now known as Macy's, Inc.

There have been 385 sales in Webster Groves in 2008, with a median price of $199,950.
