Fleishman-Hillard president unloads in Kirkwood

Agnes L. Garino and her husband, David P. Garino, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 334 N. Fillmore Ave. in Kirkwood to Matthew J. Kovatovich and his wife, Jean, for $407,500 on Dec. 2.

The 2,476-square-foot house was built in 1940.

Mrs. Garino has served as the president of the board of directors at the Acoustic Neuroma Association.

Mr. Garino is a senior vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, Inc., an international marketing and communications, and public relations firm.

He has also been a spokesman for Brown Shoe Co., Inc. and ESCO Technologies, Inc.

There have been 483 sales in Kirkwood thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $196,500.
