VP, doctor settle in Town and Country

Chad M. Ellis and Dr. Alysa G. Brimer bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 939 Cabernet Dr. in Town and Country's Strathmore from Raymond E. Buehler and his wife, Jane, for $635,000 on Dec. 3.

The 3,238-square-foot house was built in 1981.

Ellis serves as vice president of E&R Sales, a St. Louis-based wholesaler of miscellaneous non-durable goods.

He attended Whitfield School and graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Miami. He holds an M.B.A. from the Washington University Olin School of Business.

Dr. Brimer is an allergy and immunology fellow at Washington University in St. Louis.

She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a bachelor's degree and a medical degree. She subsequently completed her pediatric residency at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

There have been 128 sales in Town and Country in 2008, with a median price of $678,550.
