The Meyers paid $422,000 for the property in Feb. 2007.

The 2,339-square-foot house was built in 1915.

Mrs. Wolfe works as a consultant at CMA, an independent supplier of leasing and asset management solutions.

Before joining CMA, she worked as a senior performance development specialist at Edward Jones and experienced consultant at Accenture.

She graduated from William Woods University with a B.A. in psychology and business, while she earned her M.S. in industrial-organizational psychology from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and her Ph.D. from Saint Louis University.

There have been 385 sales in Webster Groves thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $199,950.
