Richard S. Balzaretti and his wife, Christina, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 15518 Windsor Ridge Court in Chesterfield to Shuquan Zhu and Jialan Sun for $385,000 on Dec. 17.

The 2,850-square-foot house was built in 1990.

Mr. Balzaretti serves as an expert in multi management at Gearson Lehman Group. He is also president at Portraits International UK, Ltd.

Previously, he was an executive vice president at CPI Corporation, a portrait studio operator headquartered in St. Louis.

There were 605 sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median price of $330,000.
