Wachovia VP buys in Kirkwood

John L. Wohlgemuth bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 241 Barter Ave. in Kirkwood from Daniel J. Brinkmann and his wife, Laura, for $320,000 on Dec. 17.
The Brinkmanns acquired the property for $337,000 in Aug. 2004.
The 1,976-square-foot house was built in 1948.
Wohlgehuth has served as vice president for Wachovia, one of the major banks in America. The bank merged with Wells Fargo on Dec. 31.
There were 482 sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median price of $196,750.
