Parli paid $245,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 1,956-square-foot house, which is in Westmoor Park, was built in 1937.

Giessman works as a photographer in the St. Louis area. She has also served as the marketing manager of AVMATS, a provider of aircraft parts.

She received her B.A. in photography from Webster University.

Parli has served as the president of Lexicon Construction, Inc.

There were 126 home sales in Richmond Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $175,000.
