Dr. Dellice M. Dickhaus bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 57 Daryl Lane in Ladue from Truman Bank for $490,000 on Jan. 7.

Truman Bank foreclosed on the property in July 2008.

The 2,923-square-foot house was built in 1961.

Dr. Dickhaus is a pulmonologist and a critical care practitioner specializing in internal medicine and anesthesiology.

Previously, she was a pulmonary disease specialist at Midwest Chest Consultants P.C. She has also served as a medical director at St. Louis Advanced ICU Care.

She received her M.D. from the Tulane University School of Medicine in 1992 and completed her residency and fellowship from the Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine.

There were 147 sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median sales price of $735,250.
