Judy A. Sewing and John C. Martin bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 474 Runnymede Dr. in Creve Coeur from Gloria S. Epstein for $517,000 on Dec. 11.

The 3,098-square-foot house was built in 1969.

Ms. Sewing is a principal at Meritage Healthcare Strategies and has more than 20 years of experience in financial and management consulting and project feasibility analysis.

In the past she directed the medical fitness consulting division of the Benfield Group.

There were 204 sales in Creve Coeur in 2008, with a median sales price of $300,000.
