Coaltrade controller buys Wildwood 4BD

Douglas D. Loucks and his wife, Kara, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1053 Keystone Trail Dr. in Wildwood to Adam M. Tenzer and his wife, Jane, for $387,500 on Dec. 11.

The Loucks paid $352,500 for the property in Oct. 2001.

The 2,556-square-foot house was built in 1995.

Mr. Loucks is a controller of Coaltrade and assistant treasurer at Peabody Energy. Previously, he was an assistant controller and director-financial reporting at Peabody Energy.

Prior to joining Peabody, he served as director of corporate finance at Insituform Technologies.

He received his degree in B.S. in accounting from Truman State University in 1991 and an M.B.A. in international management from Kokusai Daigaku in 1993.

There were 496 sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $342,283.
