Employment lawyer gets Wildwood 4BD

Christopher C. Swenson and and his wife, Erin, bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 17672 Ailanthus Dr. in Wildwood from James G. Wiehl for $552,745 on Jan. 12.

The Wiehl paid $576,500 for the property in March 2005.

The 3,957-square-foot house, which was built in 1991, was listed for as much as $614,500.

Mr. Swenson is an attorney at Polsinelli Shalton Falnigan Suelthaus PC. His practice areas are employment litigation, employment and workplace issues, and ERISA. He also serves as outside general counsel to several companies.

He received his B.A. in political science and B.S.B.A. in marketing from Washington University in 1993 and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996.

There were 496 sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $342,283.
