Pfizer IT manager acquires Ladue 3BD

Adarsh Nomula and Sania Chacko bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8940 Ladue Road in Ladue from Novastar Mortgage, Inc., for $560,000 on Jan. 9.
Novastar Mortgage, Inc., foreclosed on the property in April 2008.
The 4,746-square-foot house was built in 1928.
Nomula has been an IT manager in the New York office of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc. Prior to that, he served as a senior principal consultant at Oracle Corp., and as a software programmer for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Nomula attended Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He also studied at Central Missouri State University.
There were 147 sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median price of $735,250.
