David C. Cooksey and his wife, Carol, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2239 Kehrsglen Court in Clarkson Valley to Wayne Peters for $573,000 on Dec. 18.

The 4,602-square-foot home was built in 1979.

Mr. Cooksey is a corporate controller and assistant treasurer at Katy Industries, Inc., a Bridgeton, Mo.-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products. He also serves as CFO of Continental Commercial Products, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Katy Industries.

There were 40 sales in Clarkson Valley in 2008, with a median price of $619,000.
