Bonnie Levo, Robert C. Moeller and Maria V. Moeller sold a two-bedroom, three-bath home at 13108 Walden Woods Court in the Unincorporated Woodland Village to Helen H. Davison for $275,000 on Jan. 26.

The Moellers acquired the property for $267,500 in May 2004. The 1,410-square-foot house was built in 1998.

Levo is a lawyer who has been operating Bonnie Levo and Associates, a law firm in Troy, Ill. The firm focuses on the areas of adoptions, child custody and child support.

Levo attended Southern Illinois University.
