Mary Cochran-Elkin bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 18 Big Bend Station Court in Manchester from Joan M. Hirst for $252,500 on Jan. 20.

Hirst paid $225,000 for the property in Feb. 2003. The 1,702-square-foot home was built in 1992.

Cochran-Elkin is a client relations manager at Concentra, a nationwide provider of occupational healthcare to employers.

Prior to joining Concentra, she was a corporate health consultant at SSM Health Care. She also served as a corporate officer at Home Depot.

She attended Maryville University of Saint Louis and studied Spanish at St. Louis Community College.

There were 230 sales in Manchester in 2008, with a median price of $193,000.
