Brigham and Laura Brandon sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 836 Brockwell Dr. in Dardenne Prairie to Chad and Lea Winkle for $346,000 on Aug. 12.
The Brandons paid $364,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 3,166-square-foot house in the Winghaven County Club neighborhood was built in 2001.
Mr. Brandon is the vice president of logistics and global service at Covidien, a global healthcare products company. He has served as director of customer logistics at Covidien and director of planning at Tyco Healthcare.
He graduated from Wake Forest University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 156 sales in Dardenne Prairie in 2008, with a median sales price of $244,900.
