David and Amber Rogan sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 223 Greenshire Lane in Dardenne Prairie to John and Ashley Andrews for $255,900 on Aug. 17.

Mr. Rogan bought the property for $216,390 in July 2002. The 2,882-square-foot house in the Winghaven Country Club neighborhood was built in 2002.

The Rogans are the owners of Wedding Ambiance, a wedding rentals business in St. Louis.

Mrs. Rogan was a guidance counselor at Incarnate Word Academy.

She attended St. Louis University and Indiana University–Bloomington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 156 home sales in Dardenn Prairie in 2008, with a median sales price of $244,900.
