Medium 9336e18b5b6591d63f21c635066aecc8 Former St. Louis Rams offensive tackle Orlando Pace has listed for sale his six bedroom, seven-bath at 355 Galahad Dr. in Weldon Spring for the asking price of $1.5 million.

Pace paid $850,000 for the 6,137-square-foot home in 2001. The home was built in 2000.

Susan Johnson of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

Pace, 33, is widely considered one the best offensive tackles in NFL history and was a face of the Rams franchise for more than a decade. The 6-foot-7, 325-pound lineman spent 12 seasons in St. Louis, starting a total of 154 games and earning seven consecutive Pro Bowl selections from 1999-2005. He is also a three-time AP first-team All-Pro, and helped lead the Rams to an appearance in Super Bowl XXXVI and their 23-16 win over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV.

Pace missed most of the 2007 season due to injury and was eventually released by the Rams earlier this year before signing a three-year, $15 million deal with Chicago Bears.

Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, Pace was a two-time winner of the Lombardi Trophy for the nation's top lineman or linebacker at Ohio State and finished fourth in the voting for the Heisman Trophy during his senior season in 1996. He was drafted by St. Louis with the No. 1 overall pick in the 1997 NFL Draft.

He also owns Big O's Ltd., a diner in Sandusky.
