Audit manager buys 4BD in Dardenne Prairie

Christopher and Leslie Almeling bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 979 Bentley Park Circle in Dardenne Prairie from Onewest Bank for $260,000 on Aug. 6.

The 3,626-square-foot house in the South of 70 O'Fallon neighborhood was built in 2005.

Mr. Ameling is audit manager at UHY Advisors in St. Louis.

He graduated from Missouri State University in 2001.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 195 home sales in Dardenne Prairie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $225,000.
