Mr. Shelley bought the property for $610,000 in July 2003. The 3,994-square-foot house, which was built in 1986, is in the St. Charles North of 70 neighborhood.

Mr. Landolt is the president and CEO at Landco Construction. He was previously an estimator at Korte Construction, a manager and estimator at Hercules/Turner Construction and a vice president at the Paric Cor.

He received his degree in business management at Maryville University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 984 home sales in St. Charles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,250.
