Divesh Pradhan and his wife, Rachana, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 103 Barrington Lake Dr. in Dardenne Prairie from Bank of New York Mellon for $338,500 on Jan. 20.

Bank of New York Mellon foreclosed on the property in Sept. 2009. The 2,874-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Winghaven County Club neighborhood.

Mr. Pradhan is a real estate business development manager at CitiGroup. He joined the company in 2002.

He received his B.S. in computer science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2002 and his M.S. in computer resource and information system from Webster University in 2007.

Ms. Pradhan works for Nepali Women's Global Network St. Louis chapter. She also directs community psychiatric rehabilitation program at Hopewell Center in St. Louis.

She earned her M.S.W. from Washington University in 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 264 home sales in Dardenne Prairie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $232,000.
