Travis and Lora Headrick bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 1520 Mammoth Drive in St. Paul from Prudential Relocation for $392,528 on Jan. 27.

The 3,445-square-foot property was transferred to Prudential Relocation for $417,500 in Jan. 2010. It was built in 1999.

Mr. Headrick is the owner of Meridian Land Surveying.

He attended Washington University.

The Headricks also own a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 101 Sanctuary Drive in Dardenne Prairie. They paid $217,000 for the property in Sept. 2001.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 30 home sales in St. Paul during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,750.
