Kathy and Don Kinkeade bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 203 Fairwood Place Court in Lake St. Louis from Frances H. Gurley for $252,000 on March 18.

Gurley acquired the property in Oct. 2008. The 2,271-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the South of Lake St. Louis neighborhood.

Ms. Kinkeade has been the executive vice president and general manager of operations at Athlon Sports, a sports magazine publisher. Prior to that, she was the vice president of operations and general manager of books at The Sporting News and she worked with Tension Envelope.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 373 home sales in Lake St. Louis during the past 12 months, with a median price of $196,000.
