Guy and Dana Medaris bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1405 Bridgeport Terrace in St. Charles from Minjun Huang and Ling Wang for $327,000 on May 20.
Huang and Wang paid $330,000 for the property in July 2008. The 3,009-square-foot home in St. Charles South of 70 was built in 2008. It is located in the Talbridge Villages subdivision.
Medaris is vice president of sales at Emerson Tool Co., a diversified global manufacturing and technology company headquartered in Ferguson.
He has a B.S.B.A. in marketing and management from University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.B.A. in business strategy from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Ms. Medaris is a dietetic intern. She previously was a staffing and special projects coordinator at Patty Long Catering. Prior to that, she was a community income manager at American Cancer Society. She also worked for the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle as the women's division coordinator.
She attended University of Missouri-Columbia, Saint Louis University and Iowa State University.
The Medarises sold their home at 1525 S. Elm Ave. in Webster Groves for $158,000 on May 19.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,089 home sales in St. Charles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $153,000.
