Brian and Jill Kuchnicki sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 264 Madison Park Drive in Cottleville to Cecil and Jennifer Severado for $323,000 on May 26.

The Kuchnickis paid $276,809 for the property in March 2005. The 2,540-square-foot home in East Cottleville was built in 2004.

Kuchnicki is staff vice president of reporting and quality assurance at Wellpoint in the St. Louis area. He previously served as a consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions. He also worked at Hewitt Associates as a programmer analyst.

He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

Ms. Kuchnicki has served as a business analyst at Express Scripts Inc., a Cool Valley-headquartered pharmacy benefit manager. She attended Lindenwood University.

The Kuchnickis bought a home at 27 Forest Club Drive in Clarkson Valley for $430,000 on March 16. They also sold their home at 1635 Dardenne Ridge Drive in St. Peters for $186,000 in June 2005. The Severados also own a home at 5027 Brittany Downs Drive in Cottleville that they purchased for $121,900 in April 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 265 home sales in Cottleville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $150,000.
