Business development manager buys in St. Charles

Kurt and Jennifer Reinheimer bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1788 Michaelwood Court in St. Charles from John and Roberta Diehl for $284,700 on June 2.

The 2,426-square-foot home in St. Charles South of 70 was built in 1994. It is located in the Bogey Crossing subdivision.

Reinheimer is a business development manager at the St. Louis office of plumRHINO Consulting, a provider of professional project-based consultants, staff augmentation resources, and recruiting support. He formerly served as a regional sales representative at TALX. He also worked at Adchem Adhesives as an operations manager.

He attended Lindenwood University.

The Reinheimers sold their home at 2300 Charwood St. in St. Charles for $163,000 on June 3.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,089 home sales in St. Charles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $153,000.
