Mark and Wendy VanRonzelen sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 808 Aston Way Drive in Dardenne Prairie to Mark and Erin Morgan for $300,000 on June 10.

The VanRonzelens paid $400,770 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 3,418-square-foot home in South of 70 O'Fallon was built in 2005. It is located in the Fieldstone Farm subdivision.

VanRonzelen is a local sales manager and automotive specialist at Charter Media in the St. Louis area. He most recently served as director of sports advertising at Tribune CW 11-KPLR TV. He joined Tribune CW 11-KPLR TV as an account executive on Taco Bell, Casino Queen and Hardees's. Prior to that, he served as digital director at CBS. He also served as a Western regional sales director at Citysearch.com and as an account executive at CBS Radio.

He attended the University of Missouri.

Ms. VanRonzelen has served as a financial adviser at Enterprise Bank & Trust in St. Louis.

VanRonzelen also sold his home at 471 Burncoate Drive in Oakville for $139,900 in Sept. 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 313 home sales in Dardenne Prairie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $239,134.
