Anthony and Susan Pouyer sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 117 Derbyshire Lane in Dardenne Prairie to Matteh and Heather Guffey for $286,307 on June 14.

The Pouyers paid $313,323 for the property in Oct. 2005. The 2,752-square-foot home in Winghaven County Club was built in 2005.

Pouyer has been an engineer at '...bydiddo', a wetsuit design studio.

The Pouyers also sold their homes at 11 Briarwood Lane in Ferguson and at 16516 Highland Summit Drive in Wildwood for $250,000 in May 2000 and $347,500 in Aug. 2005, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 313 home sales in Dardenne Prairie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $239,134.
