Production coordinator settles in Lake St. Louis

Zico S. Orozco and Emily L. Sammons bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1 Moorings Drive in Lake St. Louis from Michael J. Suelmann for $329,868 on June 23.

The 2,621-square-foot home in South of Lake St. Louis was built in 1995.

Orozco is a production coordinator, audio engineer and editor at Seguim Arnold Productions. He previously worked as a technician and editor at Multimedia technology Systems, an event media company.

He majored in theatre and communications at University of Missouri Kansas City.

Suelmann is president of EMR-Source LLC, a provider of management and solutions for physician practices. He formerly worked at Healthcare Management Systems Inc. as V.P. of sales for the Western region.

He has a degree in healthcare administration from University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 473 home sales in Lake St. Louis during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $198,725.
