Brian and Jacquelyn Nettleton bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 19 Robison Court in Wentzville from Andrew and Lindsey Gundelfinger for $295,000 on June 23.

The Gundelfingers paid $275,000 for the property in Jan. 2004. The 3,471-square-foot home in West of 61 Wentzville was built in 2003.

Nettleton is an electrical engineer at Semke Forensic in St. Charles. He previously worked in an engineering firm located in St. Louis, where he specialized in industrial plant electrical design. He also worked for a cement manufacturing company.

He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 899 home sales in Wentzville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $178,000.
