Marc Essensa and his wife, Kate, bought a home at 208 Oceanis Lane in Lake St. Louis from Vantage Homes Inc. for $436,368 on May 19.

The house is in South of Lake St. Louis.

Essensa is vice president and general manager of McKesson Corp., the largest health care company in the world. Previously, he was director of operations with McKesson Pharmaceutical.

He attended the University of Alberta.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 473 home sales in Lake St. Louis during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $198,725.
