Rachel L. Hubacher and Michael C. Margulis bought a home at 80 S. Brighton Park Court in St Charles from Jones Co. Homes LLC for $279,321 on Nov. 23.

The house is in St. Charles South of 70. It is located in the Brighton Park subdivision.

Hubacher is clinical project manager and monitor at Rachel Hubacher Consulting. Previously, she served as project manager at Provident Clinical Research & Consulting, Inc. Prior to that, she was project manager at Radiant Research.

She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
