Lightning co. manager buys 3BD in Lake Saint Louis

Robert A. Catone and Gloria J. Catone bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 711 High Point Drive in Lake Saint Louis from David C. Lommel and Michele R. Lommel for $589,900 on Jan. 7.

The Lommels paid $537,000 for the property in Nov. 2001. The 2,832-square-foot house was built in 1994 South of Lake St. Louis.

Mr. Catone works as a manager at Guth Lightning, a St. Louis-based company that specializes in indoor and outdoor lighting solutions and applications.

According to Blockshopper.com, there have been 398 home sales in Lake Saint Louis during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $206,833.
